2.    Resolution No. 10-1506, to cancel the Regularly Called City Council Meeting on Tuesday, November 2, 2010, by Councilor Kathy Warmath.

3.    Resolution No. 10-1507, to hire one full time firefighter, by Chris Dowell, Fire Chief.

4.    Resolution No. 10-1508, to hire a temporary worker to write electrical permits, by Jeff Baines, Commissioner of Public Works.

5.    Ordinance No. 10-3766, first reading, to approve the contract between the Tennessee Department of Transportation and the City of Lebanon for repairs to Hartmann Drive Bridge over Barton’s Creek, by Jeff Baines, Commissioner of Public Works.

6.    Resolution No. 10-1509, to hire up to five part time employees to continue sidewalk rehab, by Mayor Philip Craighead.

7.    Resolution No. 10-1510, to direct the City to study the change of City Government from the present form to a City Manager form of City Government, by Councilor Haywood Barry.

8.    Ordinance No. 10-3767, first reading, to authorize an agreement between the City of Lebanon and Leslee T. Alexander Consulting, LLC, for Solid Waste Disposal and Recycling Consultant Services, by Mayor Philip Craighead.
